Mr. Botibol in studio this summer!

It was last July when Mr. Botibol stole our hearts away with his first album, recorded alongside Pascal Mondaz (Cocoon, The Elderberries). Although influenced by Elliott Smith, Grizzly Bear, Jeff Buckley, and even Sufjan Stevens, this Bordeaux troubadour unveils a folk universe all his own where xylophone, guitar and voice mingle in a veritable woollen ball of loops. While you wait for the release of his album, scheduled for the second half of 2010, have a look at his myspace: http://www.myspace.com/Botibol. The first EP is already on line!
